Frequently asked questions.

Frequently Asked Questions

General

What types of products do you offer?
I create painterly digital backgrounds, overlays, and textures, as well as photography courses, workshops, and creative resources for artists and photographers.

How are digital products delivered?
Instantly! Once purchased, you’ll receive a download link by email (and on the checkout page). Files are delivered as high-resolution JPEGs or ZIP folders.

Can I use your backgrounds in client work?
Yes! You may use them in your personal projects or paid client work, as long as the final image is flattened and the backgrounds can’t be extracted.

Do you offer refunds?

  • Digital products: All sales are final.

  • Courses: 30-day money-back guarantee.

Courses

How long do I have access to courses?
You get lifetime access, meaning as long as the course is hosted on this website.

Do I need special software?
Most courses require editing software that supports layers (such as Photoshop, Affinity, or Luminar). Specifics are listed in each course description.

Are your courses beginner-friendly?
Yes! I design them for a range of levels. If you’re brand-new, you’ll find step-by-step guidance. If you’re advanced, you’ll discover new creative approaches.

Technical

I can’t download my files — help!
First, try clearing your browser cache and restarting your computer. Still stuck? Email me and I’ll get you sorted.

How do I unzip files?
On most computers, just double-click the ZIP file. If you’re on a tablet or phone, you may need a free unzip app.

Do you accept PayPal?
Yes! Payments can be made securely by credit card, PayPal, and several other options.

Info

Can I share your course login with a friend?
Only if you also plan to share your Netflix password, your favorite snacks, and possibly your dog. 😉 In short: nope.

What if I accidentally use your backgrounds to wallpaper my living room?
That would be… ambitious. While they look great digitally, I don’t recommend them for interior design unless you’re going for a very abstract vibe.

Do you ever sleep, or are you always making art?
Yes, I sleep. It helps the creative brain.

What’s the secret to becoming a more creative photographer?
Play more, worry less, and don’t be afraid to make “bad” art; that’s often where the magic begins.
